Cosmo Power cc provides complete solutions for new installations, upgrades or refurbishments of  plant and equipment. We are proud of our in-house manufacturing capabilities.

Only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacture of our switchboards and other control centres. Cosmo Power cc Manufacturing has its own sheet-metal workshop with powder-coating facilities. Our electrical workshop design and work to the SABS 0412 standard.

We also specialise in power factor correction systems. 

Thanks to our wealth of expertise and experience in this field, we are able to help most companies cut their electricity bills. Our capabilities to test and record in-plant data extends to the notoriously challenging area of harmonics.

From our Switchboard manufacturing operations, we are able to provide complete turnkey solutions for either new installations or upgrades and refurbishments of plants and equipment.  This is backed up by our customer care and after sales service teams.  Our manufacturing plant in Sidwell, Port Elizabeth benefits from a Sheet metal workshop with Powder coating facilities.  Only the highest of quality materials are used in our manufacturing processes.  Our customers are provided with quality designed and manufactured panels due to the highly skilled designers and artisans we employ.  Our Electrical workshop follows the same route of quality and service.  We have no hesitation in calling upon any of our highly successful projects to testify to this commitment to excellence.  We work close and in conjunction with the Consulting Engineers, Project Engineers, Management, Electricians and Technicians on all aspects their projects.  We endeavour to keep them constantly well informed of all the latest developments in technology.

Projects in recent time have been the highly successful South African Breweries Plant in Port Elizabeth where our company manufactured the lighting distribution and air-conditioning control switchboards and various other control centres.  Other major projects include the new Engelhard factory at Struandale, the Boardwalk Casino at Hobie Beach and various pump station projects.  Some projects have been undertaken as joint ventures in the past.  This will also be an option for future business.

We also specialize in Power Factor Correction Systems where we are able to put our wealth of expertise on this subject at our client?s disposal to save them valuable expenditure on their electricity bills.  From the testing and data recording service, we can submit full reports on new or present PF systems.  We would make recommendations based on our findings.  This can subsequently be drafted in to a proposal for the design and installation or upgrade of the said system.  Our capabilities to test and record data in a plant also extend to the notorious harmonics.  We are able to offer the same service in this regard.

Cosmo Power cc can supply a vast range of generators and also build generators to specifications when required. We also supply a maintenance plan and after hours service when required.
